         Antonina is an expert in financial consulting. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial management and consulting. He works as a consultant, coordinator and manager of consulting and IT projects for the implementation of ERP systems: 1C, SAP R3, BAS KUP, Spyder project management system. Conducted more than five implementations, where the number of jobs reached 500, 150, etc. Implementations took place both in Ukraine and abroad. During the implementation of the projects, the following tasks were performed:

✓ Study of the situation “as it is”, preparation of recommendations.

✓ Description of business processes and preparation of TK for automation.

✓ Setting up financial and management accounting “from scratch”.

✓ Development of accounting policies.

✓ Development of budgeting regulations, treasury management.

✓ Analysis and organization of the work of the financial department.

✓ Analysis and preparation of the Company’s organizational structure.

✓ Audit of management reporting.

✓ Setting up the internal control system.

✓ Setting up the internal audit work.

           Worked as a financial director of: a metallurgical plant, an oil holding, a retail chain, director of the internal audit department.

✓ Attracting credit funds. Issue of bonds.
